Meet the folks behind the scenes!
In the past 8 years I have won multiple FIS, NorAm Cup and Europa Cup races. I made my way onto the World Cup circuit and earned top ten results. I represented the United States on the 2009 World Championship Team and the 2010 U.S. Olympic Team in Vancouver. On the other side, I also battled through low times just to get there. In those 8 years I endured two knee scopes, high and low ankle sprains, a broken foot, back issues, shoulder surgery and most recently, brain surgery. I have felt support with my successes and felt the lonely feeling of falling from grace. I spent 5-years on the National Team and I have spent the last 3-years racing independently. My path so far has not been the smoothest and I have not yet met my potential. I know that those bumps in the road have slowed me down, but they also made me grow as an athlete and person. I know now that I would not change those tough experiences for the world. The lessons that I took from each “mountain” I climbed are invaluable and I consider them to be my biggest strengths.
